Your Path to a Better Tomorrow
Your Partner in Overcoming Life’s Challenges
As a Supervisor and Training Faculty member at one of the world's leading Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) institutes, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to my practice. My training with some of the most renowned CBT experts has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of treating anxiety disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Eating Disorders, Conversion and psychogenic disorders, as well as depression.
One of my key strengths lies in making accurate diagnoses—a skill honed during my time working in inpatient settings. My therapeutic style is genuine, supportive, empathic, and direct, offering clients a compassionate yet goal-oriented approach to their challenges. Rather than focusing extensively on the past, we target the present thoughts and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress, empowering you to regain control over your life.
Whether you’re navigating struggles with relationships, anxiety, depression, or life’s unpredictable situations, I am here to help you find effective solutions. My approach is designed to move you quickly toward a place where you feel empowered to manage and transform emotions that may be holding you back.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a powerful, evidence-based first-line treatment, and I take pride in offering this approach in a region where it’s not widely available. Many of my clients are pleasantly surprised by how rapidly they experience positive changes through our collaborative work. Together, we’ll focus on resolving the challenges you’re facing and restoring balance in your life.
Let’s take the first step toward your brighter future, together.
